    Additional responsibilities of Enchanting Interior Architecture include:
    • Review specifications with you and not proceed to the next step in the process until approved by you.
    • Assist you with selecting qualified suppliers needed to complete and finishing work.

    Silver Package (2-4 Spaces)

    • Needs/wants of the space
    • Estimated time of completion (includes 4-6 home visits)

    Design Planning
    • Developed concepts (up to 8 digital concept boards)
    • FF&E (Furniture, Fishes & Equipment) preliminary ideas & cost estimates

    Design Development

    Additional responsibilities of Enchanting Interior Architecture include:
    • Consult with contractors, or other advisors that might be needed for the project.
    • Review all drawings and specifications with you and not proceed to the next step in the process until approved by you.
    • Assist you with selecting qualified contractors and suppliers needed to complete the remodeling and finishing work.
    • ​Supervision of the work of contractors to the extent allowed by our license.

    Compensation

    The client agrees to pay a percentage of 50% at beginning & 50% at completion of project for all services described above. The client further agrees to pay in $100 increments for purchasing of goods extending designer pricing at a discounted rate of a 20% mark-up to the client. Expected expenses included in the percentage pricing are travel time to meet with consultants, reproduction costs of plans, and other project documents. Other expenses may be necessary and will be discussed with you before the designer incurs them. Consulting charges by contractors or other advisers that are required shall be billed directly to you by the consultant.

    Payment

    The client will pay a retainer of 50% of $_________ upon signing this agreement. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE. All remaining services fees are due at the completion of the project. Additional time on the project as follows:
    o An invoice will be sent after preliminary plans and possible elevations are reviewed with you.
    o An invoice will be sent after approval by you of finalized drawings and specifications.
    o An invoice will be sent at the completion of the project.
    o All payments are due within 10 days of your receipt of invoice. Payments to third party consultants are due in accordance to their billing procedures and are paid directly to the third party provider.

    Changes

    Any changes made to this plan must be discussed with Client and Designer and approved in writing before their implementation. Changes will delay completion date and an additional fee may be charged.

    Cancellation

    Client has the right to terminate this agreement at anytime, however, ALL DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE. If the Designer is at 50% completion of project, Client is subject to a 30% cancellation fee of the remaining design fee agreed upon.

    Designer has the right to terminate this agreement at anytim. If the agreement is terminated by the Designer, the work that has been completed will be calculated and any funds that are paid over the amount of work will be returned, with the exception of the design fee.

    Liability

    Any Damages cause by the Design Firm/Designer will be paid for by the Designer. Any Damages caused by the Client or Client’s hired contractor will be the responsibility of the Client.

    Supplies & Custom Orders

    At Enchanting Interior Architecture, we take pride in the finish quality and construction of our furniture &/or products. All of our furniture &/or products are inspected before they leave the factory and at time of delivery. Because most of our items are custom and/or made to-order, our custom furniture &/or products CAN NOT be canceled, returned and/or refunded with the exceptions of manufacturers defects or damages which are exchanges ONLY.

    Customers will have 48 hours from placement of orders to cancel or exchange. After 48 hours, a 35% fee will be retained by Enchanting Interior Architecture for cancelled orders after 48 hours. We ask that prior to ordering you measure doorways and access points to prevent delivery problems. Furniture that does not fit in the space will be refunded in merchandise or store/website credit only.

    In the event an item is damaged during transit or you find a manufacturer defect, please notify us within 7 days of purchase. We will accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Exchanges, credits, and refunds will be for item purchase price only. Shipping charges (including return shipping) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.

    *Special ordered items through Enchanting Interior Architecture from other Vendors all rules will apply non-refund rules apply.
    *All Furnishing and Special order items must be paid for prior ordering._____INT.

    Other terms applicable to this project

    o Drawings and documents prepared for this project remain the property of Enchanting Interior Architecture and cannot be used without the permission of Enchanting Interior Architecture.
    o Enchanting Interior Architecture provides good faith in assisting you in obtaining the services of qualified contractors but cannot be held responsible for the performance, quality, or timely completion of work by these third parties. Enchanting Interior Architecture is also not responsible for changes made by you or consultants without notification to the designer.
    o Enchanting Interior Architecture will provide on site supervision during the construction, as the designer deems necessary. Primary construction supervision remains the responsibility of the contractors hired to do the work.
    o Any work that the client requests of the interior designer in addition to the work described will only be started after an amended agreement has been prepared and approved by both parties.
    o This agreement may be terminated by either party upon seven (7) days written notice. In the event of termination by the client, the client agrees to compensate the designer for all work completed up to the time of termination.
    o The client and Enchanting Interior Architecture agree that this letter constitutes the complete agreement between the designer and the client. Both parties also agree that disputes are to be handled by a third party arbitrator.

    Photography Consent

    ​I, __________________________________________________ hereby authorize Enchanting Interior Architecture, LLC, to publish photographs taken of my interior design furnishings, fixtures, finishes and/or personal property associated with Enchanting Interior Architecture product, and my name, the city and state in which I live, and testimonial if given, for Enchanting Interior Architecture's online advertising, social media advertising, print advertising, online and video-based marketing materials, as well as other Enchanting Interior Architecture publications.

    I hereby release and hold harmless Enchanting Interior Architecture (from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with the images specified above.

    I further acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and that I will not receive financial compensation of any type associated with the taking or publication of these photographs or participation in company marketing materials or online advertising or other Company publications. I acknowledge and agree that publication of said photos confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever.

    I hereby release Enchanting Interior Architecture its contractors, its employees, and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of marketing materials, from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation.

    Enforceability

    If any provision of this agreement are deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will be binding and enforceable.

    This agreement is subject to the laws and regulations of the state of ______.

    Your authorized signature on a copy of this agreement and payment (check, charge or cash) for the retainer are necessary before we can begin the services described.
